Doug Schmitt serves as VP of Commercial Support Services. Doug is responsible for Commercial service support which includes client/enterprise technical support, Client Operations Ctr. & Enterprise Command Center, service engineering, service quality, spare parts planning, same day service delivery, field engineers and spare parts depots.

Prior to his current role, Doug held senior management positions in finance at Dell, Inc. Doug came to Dell in 1997 from Sequent Computer Systems where he held various senior finance positions. Before Sequent, Doug worked in the banking sector.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon; a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon; and a M.B.A. from University of Portland, Oregon.
