Aaron M. Silva Silva heads up corporate development for Compushare, Inc., a financial technology management company headquartered in Orange County, California. Founded in 1995, Compushare works with nearly 700 community banks and credit unions in regional markets across the country to optimize their technology performance, operational efficiency, customer service and compliance. Part of the executive management team, Silva plans and implements strategic initiatives undertaken by the company in business development, marketing, public relations, and national alliances. He is the originating force in the development of the Information Technology Performance Planning discipline sweeping the industry today. A well-known entrepreneur and veteran of the technology services industry, Silva was the president & CEO of OASYS Network Solutions from 1990 to 2001. This firm pioneered and released the Internetworking Service Provider (INSP) business model and private infrastructure safely used today by CFI’s and service providers across in the United States. Since OASYS, Silva founded the Chief Executive Program at California State University and shortly thereafter led worldwide business development initiatives for STS International. Silva serves his community in many capacities and for his entire professional career. He is a currently a board member and Technology Task Force Chairman of The Contra Costa Council, a 50 year old business advocacy group in Northern California and is also a board member for The Diablo Valley College Foundation. Mr. Silva resides in Concord, California.
